Price guides
What a whole category costs on one day, ordered by price per unit rather than sticker price — because a 30ml tube and an 88ml tube are not comparable on price alone.
- Cheapest SPF50 face sunscreen on Shopee Singapore: which works out cheapest per 100ml
8 listings · prices recorded 31 Aug 2026
Sunscreen is sold in tubes from 30ml to 88ml, so the sticker price tells you very little about what you are actually paying for the product. These are eight SPF50 facial sunscreens from six different companies, all priced on the same day and ordered by what they cost per 100g. Two of them we have assessed in full; the other six are price observations only.
- Cheapest face wash on Shopee Singapore: which works out cheapest per 100g
10 listings · prices recorded 31 Aug 2026
Face wash is sold in 100g singles, 130g tubes and multipacks, and the multipack is usually the cheaper product even though it is the bigger number on the price tag. These are ten cleansers from five different companies, all priced on the same day and ordered by cost per 100g. Two of them we have assessed in full.
- Cheapest shampoo on Shopee Singapore: which works out cheapest per 100ml
22 listings · prices recorded 31 Aug 2026
Shampoo runs from 200ml bottles to 1.9kg twin packs on the same shelf, so sticker price is close to meaningless here — the cheapest bottle and the cheapest shampoo are rarely the same thing. These are twenty-two shampoos from nine different companies, priced on the same day and ordered by cost per 100ml. The spread is twenty-fivefold, from S$0.47 per 100g to S$11.96, and the two ends make the point on their own: the cheapest row is a 1.9kg twin pack at S$9.00 and the dearest is a 250ml bottle at S$29.90. Size is doing far more work here than brand. Two companies dominate this shelf — Wipro Consumer Care and L'Oréal supply six rows each, twelve of the twenty-two between them — and Wipro's reach is easy to miss, because Eversoft and Ginvera are both theirs. Both shampoos we have assessed in full are Wipro products, which is a limitation of our own coverage rather than a judgement about the shelf: see the note below. The rest are price observations only.
- Cheapest desk and clip fans on Shopee Singapore: what they actually cost
36 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
A desk fan on Shopee Singapore runs from S$16.90 to S$299, and the gap is mostly motor type and size rather than anything you can see in a photo. These are thirty-six desk, table and circulator fans priced on the same day, cheapest first. Stand, tower and ceiling fans are left out — they are a different thing to shop for. One thing this table shows that the brand names hide: every one of these thirty-six listings is sold by just three storefronts. PowerPac Official Store supplies twenty-three of them — under the PowerPac, MyChoice, iFan and Vornado names — EuropAce eight, and Acer five. A shelf that looks like six brands competing is closer to three sellers pricing their own ladders, so compare rows across storefronts, not just across names. One of these we have assessed in full; the rest are price observations only.
- Cheapest body wash on Shopee Singapore: which works out cheapest per 100ml
13 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
Body wash has the widest price spread of anything we have put in a table. The thirteen listings below ran from S$0.60 to S$5.73 per 100ml on the same day — the cheapest is nearly ten times better value per litre than the dearest, for a product that does one job. Most of that gap is pack size and import cost rather than what is in the bottle: the cheap end is local brands sold three and six bottles at a time, the dear end is single imported bottles. Two things worth holding in mind as you read the seller column — Kenvue owns Johnson's, Neutrogena and Aveeno, so five of these rows are one company, and Walch SG Official Store supplies both the Walch and the KHO Spa lines. There are fewer companies here than brands. Our own pick, the single-litre Johnson’s pH5.5, sits fourth of thirteen — still beaten per litre by the three-pack of exactly the same bottle. One listing we have assessed in full; the rest are price observations only. This table held a fourteenth row, an Eversoft 950ml x6 shower gel bundle, until 31 Aug: the listing left our daily price feed on 25 Aug and we cannot keep a price we can no longer observe, so the row was removed rather than left to age.
- Cheapest face moisturiser on Shopee Singapore: which works out cheapest per 100ml
16 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
Face moisturiser is where cost per millilitre stops tracking anything printed on the label. The sixteen listings below run from S$10.84 to S$74.16 per 100ml, and the clearest illustration of why is Curel: it appears five times in this table, from S$10.84 to S$64.00 per 100ml. Same brand, same storefront, six times apart — on pack size and format alone. So read this for what a millilitre costs, not for what to buy. A 220ml gel lotion and a 40g rich cream do different jobs, and the cheapest row here is the cheapest millilitre rather than the best product. One more thing the seller column hides: L'Oréal owns both Garnier and L'Oréal Paris, so three of these rows are one company. One listing we have assessed in full; the rest are price observations only.
- Cheapest make-up remover wipes on Shopee Singapore: which works out cheapest per sheet
10 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
Wipes are sold in packs of 7 to 44, so the sticker price tells you almost nothing about what a single wipe costs. These are ten sheet-format make-up removers from four different storefronts, all priced on the same day and ordered by cost per sheet. The spread is nearly fivefold: twelve cents a sheet at the cheap end against fifty-seven at the dear end, for a product that does one job. Two things the table shows that a shelf does not. The Biore cotton sheets sell as a tub and as a refill pouch of the same 44 sheets, and the refill is about a fifth cheaper per sheet — the tub is the price of the tub. And the LOWEST sticker price on this page, the Biore Zero Powder pack, ranks only sixth of ten per sheet, because it holds ten wipes. Two cautions on who sells what. Five of the ten rows are Biore, all from Kao's own store, so half this table is one company. Three more come from iQueen Official Store under three unrelated brands, which is one seller's price ladder rather than three independent shelves. One row is not strictly a make-up remover: Biore's Zero Powder is a cooling and oil-blotting wipe, listed by Shopee in this category, and we have left it in and said so rather than quietly drop it. None of these ten is a deal we have assessed in full — they are price observations only.
- Cheapest face toner on Shopee Singapore: which works out cheapest per 100ml
14 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
Toner is sold in bottles from 30ml to 200ml, so the sticker price hides what you are actually paying for the liquid. These are fourteen face toners from six different companies, all priced on the same day and ordered by cost per 100ml. The spread is sevenfold, from just over six dollars per 100ml to more than forty-three. The clearest thing in the table is what a small bottle costs you. Two of these Klairs toners are sold in both a full 180ml bottle and a 30ml miniature, and in both cases the miniature works out at more than twice the price per millilitre of the full size of the very same product. If you already know you like it, the miniature is the expensive way to buy it. The three cheapest rows are all Western drugstore brands and the Korean skincare rows cluster well above them, though that gap is about brand and import cost rather than any measure of what is in the bottle — we have not tested any of these. On who sells what: one storefront, Klairs & I'm from Official Store, supplies four of these fourteen rows, so more than a quarter of this table is one seller's price ladder rather than an independent shelf. MIZON supplies three and NACIFIC two, both from their own single stores. This table held a fifteenth row, an I'm From black rice toner, until 24 Aug: the listing left our daily price feed on 22 Aug and we cannot keep a price we can no longer observe, so the row was removed rather than left to age. None of these fourteen is a deal we have assessed in full — they are price observations only.
- Cheapest sheet masks on Shopee Singapore: which works out cheapest per mask
31 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
A sheet mask is one mask, one use, so the only price that means anything is the price of a single sheet — and these are sold as singles, in fours, fives, sevens, tens and thirties. These are thirty-one sheet-mask listings from nine different companies, all priced on the same day and ordered by cost per mask. The spread is sixfold. The strangest thing in the table still belongs to Bio Essence, which now supplies twelve of these thirty-one rows — more than a third of the shelf, and a Wipro Consumer Care brand, the same parent as Eversoft and Ginvera elsewhere on this site. Ten of its boxes cost a flat S$16.95 whether the box holds four masks, seven or ten: the price is the price of a box, not of what is in it, and that single fact moves the same brand from the cheapest end of this table to the dearest, depending only on which box you pick up. Buying by the box usually helps — the three cheapest per-mask rows are all boxes of ten — but it is not a rule you can lean on: half of the six single-mask listings here still sit in the cheaper half of the table. An unopened box is not a saving, so the per-mask figure is only worth acting on for a mask you already know you want. None of these thirty-one is a deal we have assessed in full — they are price observations only.
- Cheapest vacuum cleaners on Shopee Singapore: what they actually cost
14 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
A vacuum cleaner on Shopee Singapore runs from S$33.00 to S$565.10, and the spread is type, not quality tiers of the same thing: corded cyclone and wet-and-dry machines start under S$80, cordless sticks run S$40 to S$221, and a robot vacuum with a self-emptying dock reaches S$565. These are fourteen machines priced on the same day, cheapest first. Spare parts, mop cloths, multi-model listings and gift-with-purchase rows are excluded, because none of them is a price you can actually pay for a vacuum. This is the rare appliance aisle with real competition: five storefronts supply it, though PowerPac Official Store still sets nine of the fourteen prices, so compare rows across sellers before deciding a price is normal. None of these carries a verdict yet: every line is a dated price observation, nothing more.
- Cheapest stand fans on Shopee Singapore: what they actually cost
32 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
A stand fan on Shopee Singapore runs from S$39.90 to S$279.00, a seven-fold spread on what looks like one product. The line that actually splits the shelf is the motor: ordinary AC stand fans cluster between S$39.90 and S$69, where twelve of the fifteen sit, and DC-motor fans, which are quieter with more speeds and a remote, start at S$79.90 and run to S$279. These are thirty-two fans priced on the same day, cheapest first; clip, table, tower and ceiling fans are a different purchase and are left out, as are multi-model listings priced at their cheapest member. Three storefronts supply every row: PowerPac (under the PowerPac, MyChoice and iFan names), Mayer (Mistral), and EuropAce, so a shelf that reads as six brands is three sellers pricing their own ladders. We assessed two of the dearer DC fans this week and declined both, because most of this table was cheaper. That is worth knowing before a discount banner on any of them asks you to feel lucky. This table held a thirty-third row, a EuropAce 18 inch Essential DC stand fan (ERC8183ESDCR), until 31 Aug: the listing left our daily price feed on 27 Aug and we cannot keep a price we can no longer observe, so the row was removed rather than left to age.
- Air fryer prices on Shopee Singapore: which one costs least per litre of basket
15 listings · prices recorded 31 Aug 2026
An air fryer's sticker price tells you little on its own, because a 3-litre basket and an 8-litre basket are not the same appliance. These are 15 air fryers from 5 different companies across 4 storefronts, all priced on the same day and ordered by what a litre of basket costs. One of them we have assessed in full; the rest are price observations. Every listing was in stock when we priced it.
- Air purifier prices on Shopee Singapore: what one actually costs
7 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
Air purifiers are sold with room-coverage claims that no two brands measure the same way, so this table does the one thing that can be measured: it prices them. These are 7 purifiers and air washers from 3 companies across 3 storefronts, priced on the same day and ordered by price. The same Shopee aisle also holds charcoal moisture pods and electric dehumidifiers; those are a different purchase and are left out, because their capacity figures mean different things and a single table would compare numbers that are not the same measurement.
- Hot water dispenser prices on Shopee Singapore: airpots and instant heaters compared
10 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
Two different machines get sold as "hot water dispensers": thermal airpots that boil a tank and keep it warm, and instant heaters that boil what you pour, on demand. Both are here, 10 listings from 4 companies across 4 storefronts, priced on the same day and ordered by price — the litre figures belong to the tank models only, so we rank on price rather than pretending the two are measured the same way. Reverse-osmosis water purifiers from the same Shopee aisle are left out: filtering water is a different purchase from heating it.
- Face serum and essence prices on Shopee Singapore: what they cost per 100ml
12 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
Serum is sold in 10ml droppers and 60ml bottles at prices that look similar, so the sticker hides what you are paying for the liquid. These are 12 face serums and essences from 7 different companies across 7 storefronts, all priced on the same day and ordered by cost per 100ml where the size is stated. No company supplies more than two fifths of the table — a rule we apply to every guide, because three brands present is not the same as a shelf. Four of these listings do not state a size at all and cannot be ranked per unit; they are shown with their sticker price and sort last.
- Body lotion prices on Shopee Singapore: which works out cheapest per 100ml
10 listings · prices recorded 1 Sept 2026
Body lotion is sold in 75ml tubes and 354ml pump bottles, and the big bottle is not always the better buy. These are 10 body lotions, creams and balms from 4 companies across 4 storefronts, priced on the same day and ordered by what 100ml costs. Two of them are eczema balms sold in small tubes, which is why they sit where they do — a balm and a daily lotion are not quite the same purchase, and the per-unit column will not tell you that.
