Reporting a wrong price

Fastest route: the "Tell us" link on the deal page itself. It reports which deal you were looking at, which saves a round trip. Every report is checked against the listing and then run through the normal assessment process, so the page's price history stays intact instead of being quietly overwritten.

Sellers and brands

If a page describes your product incorrectly, write in and it will be checked and corrected. Please note what this site will not do: it does not accept payment for coverage, does not adjust a verdict on request, and does not remove an accurate price observation. Verdicts are formed from recorded prices by code that is not given commission data.

Response time

This is a side project, not a company with a support desk. Price corrections are acted on quickly because they are the point of the site; other mail may take longer.
