Toner is sold in bottles from miniatures to full size, so the sticker price hides what you are actually paying for the liquid. This table puts face toners from several companies side by side, all priced on the same day and ordered by cost per 100ml. A row that links to our own assessment is a listing we assessed in full; every other row is a price observation only. The clearest thing in the table is what a small bottle costs you. Klairs sells some of its toners both as a full 180ml bottle and as a 30ml miniature, and the miniature works out far dearer per millilitre than the full size of the very same product. If you already know you like it, the miniature is the expensive way to buy it. The Korean skincare rows tend to cluster above the Western drugstore brands, though that gap is about brand and import cost rather than any measure of what is in the bottle — we have not tested any of these. On who sells what: Klairs & I'm from Official Store supplies several rows, and MIZON and NACIFIC each sell from their own single store, so parts of this table are one seller's price ladder rather than an independent shelf.

Toner is usually sold by volume, but some is sold by weight; where it is, we compare it directly, which treats 1ml as 1g. For a watery toner that is close enough to be useful, but it is an approximation, not a measurement.

What we checked
- The price, pack size, seller and stock level, all read from Shopee’s own affiliate product feed on the date above
- That every listing was in stock when the guide was first built, and stock is re-read every day since — anything that has sold out is marked so in the table and cannot be our cheapest pick
- The bottle size on every row, read off the listing title by hand rather than parsed
- That each listing carries ONE price rather than a cheapest-variant price. Some Bio Essence listings were dropped for failing this — they quote one headline across variants priced differently, so the headline buys only one of them
- That every row is a toner you pour. Toner PADS sold by the piece are excluded because a millilitre and a pad have no common basis, and La Roche-Posay listings filed under Toner by Shopee were dropped because they were a washing gel and a moisturising lotion
- The recorded price history of every row, from our own daily snapshots and shown beside each one
What we did not check
- How any of these feel, smell or suit a given skin type — we have not tested them, and a toner is not a commodity the way a litre of body wash is
- Whether the active ingredients justify any price here. A 5% niacinamide toner and a plain hydrating one appear in the same column at the same basis, and per-100ml says nothing about which is worth buying
- ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ Klairs listings were left out entirely. At face value they would rank near the top, but the feed states one bottle’s volume and we cannot confirm the second bottle from it — including them at the stated size would have invented a figure
- Anything at all beyond price, size, seller and stock, for any listing we have not assessed in full
