- That every listing was in stock when the guide was first built, and stock is re-read every day since — anything that has sold out is marked so in the table and cannot be our cheapest pick
- That the sizes compared are the sizes the sellers state

- How any of these actually feel on skin, or whether they suit yours — we have not tested them
- Ingredients, fragrance or claims about acne, brightening or oil control
