Face moisturiser is where cost per millilitre stops tracking anything printed on the label. The sixteen listings below run from S$10.84 to S$74.16 per 100ml, and the clearest illustration of why is Curel: it appears five times in this table, from S$10.84 to S$64.00 per 100ml. Same brand, same storefront, six times apart — on pack size and format alone. So read this for what a millilitre costs, not for what to buy. A 220ml gel lotion and a 40g rich cream do different jobs, and the cheapest row here is the cheapest millilitre rather than the best product. One more thing the seller column hides: L'Oréal owns both Garnier and L'Oréal Paris, so three of these rows are one company. - That every listing was in stock when the guide was first built, and stock is re-read every day since — anything that has sold out is marked so in the table and cannot be our cheapest pick
- That each listing carries ONE price rather than a cheapest-variant price — the feed's variant data confirms it for every row here
- That 11 of these 16 prices have held at least 3 days in our own daily snapshots — the other 5 moved more recently, so they are today's price rather than a settled one
- The pack size on every row, read off the listing by hand rather than parsed
- That every row is a leave-on facial moisturiser — the category also contained a body lotion and a toner, which we removed
What we did not check
- Whether any of these suits your skin, which is the only question that actually matters here and is not a price question
- What is in them: we have not compared actives, concentrations or ingredient quality, and a dearer millilitre may well be buying you something
- Whether a night cream, a gel lotion and a spray are substitutes for each other — we have priced them side by side, not judged them interchangeable
- Anything at all about the fifteen listings we have not assessed, beyond price, stock, pack size and how long the price has held
